We ship via UPS ground within 2 business days from when order was placed. Please allow extra processing time for orders placed during our busy sale season and holidays.

For full priced items you have 7 days  from when you receive your package to return your order. If your return is shipped after the time frames indicated above, we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you. 

If you would like a different size or color, please return your original purchase and place a new order online.

Anything ON SALE can be returned within 7 days for STORE CREDIT only.

Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in its original condition and packaged labels, tags and barcodes still attached. Sales receipts must be attached with all returns. Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund or an exchange. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Unaya Collection cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. 

If applicable, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the country of destination. These costs must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot indicate these additional costs before purchase, as customs policies and duties vary between countries.
